James “BJ” Frazier is the one to call if you have been hurt in an accident. James was given the nickname by his family, BJ aka Baby James, as he was junior to his father. For over 20 years, BJ has practiced exclusively personal injury litigation, dealing with thousands of cases – representing only plaintiffs.

The practice has concentrated almost exclusively on auto accidents, truck accidents, premises injuries, and dog bites during those years. BJ brings a passionate approach to legal representation as well as a practical and professional demeanor when dealing with cases.

Tennessee Accident Law has the financial means to take on the world’s largest businesses and insurance companies. They’ve also had great success in obtaining reimbursements for victims both pre-suit and during litigation, which is after a case has been filed on their behalf. BJ, who has been married to Danielle for over twenty years, is the father of eight children–five biological and three adopted-and have three grandchildren. The family lives south of Franklin, Tennessee, and they are all very involved in their church as well as other adoption and community ministries.

BJ has dual membership in the Tennessee and Florida Bars, including a practice in Florida, West Florida Lawyer. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. During his career, he practiced in both Tennessee and Florida and remains actively licensed in both states.
